July 31, 2001. Mr. Walton was formerly a partner for 16 years in the accounting firm of Hartman, Walton, Leito & Bolt, LLP. He left that firm, which had grown to include 2 offices and approximately 50 employees, in 2001 to re-establish his own practice.

Our firm is proud of its 28 employees. These experienced staff members service the following areas:

Audit services include for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, in numerous industries. Our experience allows us to do "governmental audits". Our audit clients range from small locally owned companies to multi-state and international consolidated groups.  We currently perform approximately 25 audits.

We process in excess of 1,000 Federal and state tax returns annually. For individuals, the returns range from simple Form 1040's to returns for taxpayers with assets in excess of $300,000,000. Business returns encompass all areas and types, including international filings.

Client retention through reasonable fees and superior attention to details and deadlines, while always being responsive to the needs of the client.

Remaining current on trends, changes and pronouncements in the areas of auditing and tax.
